  Incredibly rude staff. I shall not be going again. I don't expect to be insulted while browsing books.

  I feel the need to respond to the owners response. . Inundating someone with multiple increasingly sarcastic "Hellos" and bending over in attempt to force social interaction then insulting them because they have no wish to talk to a stranger is a very poor attitude from staff.
  
  As it was I was only aware I was being talked at on the fourth or fifth hello when I realised she was bending over in an attempt to force eye contact. Its not like I was stood next to another staff member who was using a noisy hoover at the time or wearing headphones........
